SMC/SPA SERIES SCR SNUBBERING CAPACITORS 

SMC/SPA series is special designed for the filtering, over-voltage protection, and damping absorption of semi-conductors, rectifiers, and thyristors in power electronic equipment. The self-healing capacitor elements are enclosed in a cylindrical aluminum/plastic case sealed with PU resin. They are made of metallized PP film, This enables the unit to carry high peak and high inrush currents with low self-inductance and series resistance. Dry type design, environmentally friendly and self-healing, support both horizontal and vertical installation.
